Intake Session

During our initial session, I'll inquire about your interests and the challenges you're currently facing. Together, we'll focus on ensuring your comfort and begin outlining achievable goals. The information gathered during the first session will help me gain a holistic view of your experiences and will help me create a personalized treatment plan.

Follow-up Sessions

I incorporate creative activities, such as drawing, virtual exercises, and games to facilitate connection and engagement. Drawing upon my clinical background, I employ a holistic perspective and work with clients using an empathetic and strength-based approach.
